Our brand new stylish Hilltop Luxury Villas offer stunning scenic views of the Ningaloo Reef and are only a few minutes walk to the beach via our purpose-built boardwalk.

These free-standing (no common wall) villas offer master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with single bed and a set of double bunks, perfect for a family of 5.

The private balcony offers stunning views of the Ningaloo Reef and Coral Bay.

All Villas are air-conditioned, with LCD flat screen TVs and DVD players, bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and a kitchenette provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Your towels are washed and replaced every few days, and all linen is changed weekly.

Access

Car parking is available on top of the “hill” near your villa. Some boat parking is also available, max 8.0m boats. Private access via a purpose built boardwalk will give you access to the beach and the rest of Coral Bay’s facilities.
