Our near new Luxury Two Bedroom Villas offer stunning scenic views of the Ningaloo Reef and are only a few minutes walk to the beach via our purpose-built boardwalk.

These free-standing (no common wall) villas offer master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with single bed and a set of double bunks, perfect for a family of 5.

The private balcony offers stunning views of the Ningaloo Reef and Coral Bay.

All Villas are air-conditioned, with LCD flat screen TVs, bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine (extra pods available from the office for $1 per pod) and a kitchenette provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Your towels are washed and replaced every few days, and all linen is changed weekly.

Access:
Car parking is available on top of the “hill” near your villa. Some boat parking is also available, max 8.0m boats. Private access via a purpose built boardwalk will give you access to the beach and the rest of Coral Bay’s facilities.

Great customer service Even thoe we didn't get the reservation for the dates we were looking for, I just want to comment on the customer service I received from Emily, she tried her very best to accommodate us with alternative dates & accommodate ( unfortunately didn't suit us). She was amazing probably the best customer service I ever experienced in Western Australia. Thanks Emily!

Best place to stay in Coral bay. We absolutely loved our stay at People’s Park. The facilities and grounds were clean and updated since our last visit. The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Excellent booking process which is made fair for everyone so not the same people always booking all the premium spots. Being able to walk straight onto the beach was fabulous and having direct access to shops and the eco tours was really handy. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!

Very pleasant stay My wife and I spent a most enjoyable six weeks in Coral Bay, staying in a Peoples Caravan Park villa. The warmth of Coral Bay and its people were a welcome relief from the bitter weather of Perth.I wish to commend the staff of Peoples Caravan Park. We found that whether it involved cleaners, maintenance, grounds or office staff, nothing was too much trouble and they were always eager and would go out of their way to help. Stu (Grounds Manager) and Bernie (Office Manager) were fabulous in dealing with some particular problems that we were facing. Many thanks and well done to all concerned.

Beaytiful Coral Bay Just spent six wonderful weeks at this Park. We would like to thank all the staff who where very helpful. Some people had a whine about certain things but did not realize that Bernie and the office staff (some who were just training) have a thankless job trying to keep everyone happy. Also to Stewy and his ground staff thank you for all your help. We hope to see you all next year.
